At Fuori Tempo in Canale, we offer two types of pizza: the classic Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, and the “gourmet pizza“, also known as contemporary pizza.
For all our dough, we exclusively use unrefined stone-ground wheat flours and employ long fermentations (minimum 24 hours) for a perfect digestibility.
For our toppings we exclusively use selected high-quality products, such as San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Fiordilatte mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil.
In our pizzeria near Alba you can taste excellent hamburgers, beside appetizers, fried fish, salads and desserts (all home-made).
As to the drinks, at the Fuori Tempo in Canale, you can enjoy excellent draft beers, as well as a selection of excellent bottled beers (English beers, Belgian beers, and Germanbeers.
In our pizzeria, you can also enjoy some of the typical wines from the region, including the Roero and Roero Arneis, as well as sparkling wines like Alta Langa and Metodo Classico. Not to be missed are the great classics of the Langhe, such as Barolo and Barbaresco.
