“Amaro Partigiano” is a homage to the Resistance, inspired by the life of partisans in the woods of Lunigiana. It is a non-profit project, in support of the activities of the Archives of Resistance. It originates from a selection of 9 natural ingredients, including herbs, spices and fruits gathered in the local woods. The taste is authentic and variable, with herbaceous and spicy notes that change with each production. With no added colourings or flavourings, it is a “living” liqueur that reflects the seasonality of the raw materials.

Arquebuse is a sweet digestive in the old Franco-Cuneo tradition, prepared the old-fashioned way by the Azienda Agricola del Roero. The infusion of fresh leaves and flowers releases an intense herbaceous aroma with a slightly bitter aftertaste. The plant was used as far back as the 18th century to treat blunderbuss wounds and hence the name of this liqueur with its incredible digestive properties.
