Alessandro Bartoli and Giulio Canavese are the chefs of the Àlea Restaurant in Castell'Alfero, in the heart of the Monferrato region of Asti. They met in the kitchens of the Disfrutar in Barcelona, among the most influential restaurants in the world, and after important international experiences have chosen to return to Piedmont to give life to a project deeply linked to the territory. Their cuisine stems from Piedmontese tradition, reinterpreted with contemporary sensitivity, technical balance and a constant tension between memory, travel and innovation.

Certified pizza and bakery chef, Davide has always attached great importance to his training. He attended the University of Pizza, where he had the privilege of having as teachers Simone Padoan and Renato Bosco, two great masters of contemporary world pizza. Fuori Tempo is considered one of the best pizzerias in Italy, with recognition from the "Three Slices' of Gambero Rossothe presence in the ranking of 50 Top Pizza Italy and in the Pizzeria Guide of Identità Golose.
