Fuoritempo Pizzeria is among the 150 best Italian establishments honoured at the Pizza Awards Italia 2025, a recognition awarded by the trade press and decided by a jury of over 200 journalists and experts from the world of pizza.
Fuoritempo was listed among the 150 best pizzerias in Italy, as reported by the trade press at the Pizza Awards Italia 2025.The ceremony took place on Monday, 29 September 2025, at Spazio Novecento in Rome, as part of a day that brought together some of the most influential figures on the national scene. Representing our company was pizza chef Davide Di Bilio, who took part in the event alongside colleagues, journalists and industry professionals.
The Pizza Awards Italia, organised by Fabio Carnevali, Vincenzo Pagano and Events Factory, are considered the “Pizza Oscars”: the awards are assigned by a jury composed of over 200 food journalists, guide editors and industry experts. The evaluation system aims to highlight, using independent criteria, the professionals and businesses that have particularly distinguished themselves over the past year.
For Fuoritempo, this result represents a sign of trust and appreciation for the daily work we carry out on dough, raw materials, leavening and constant professional development. It is not a final goal, but an encouragement to continue with commitment and responsibility.
