Enrico Murdocco

Tellia, Turin

Enrico Murdocco (Turin, 1991) is the founder of Tellia®, with three outlets and a workshop that have redefined Roman pan pizza in Turin. Raised in Val di Susa, he opened his first pizzeria when he was just 19 years old and, after training experiences with masters such as Renato Bosco and Simone Padoan, in 2019 he launched Tellia®, an innovative format combining high-hydration doughs, seasonal toppings and an anti-waste chain. Its pizzas have obtained the Three Wheels of the Gambero Rosso for five consecutive years, the Two Loaves in the Bread & Bakers of Italy guide and 6th place in the 50TopPizza in the take-away category. A tireless experimenter, with the Turin-based collective Bread Bro promotes short supply chain bread.

Sergio Scovazzo

Wheat - Bakers in ferment, Santena (To)

Sergio Scovazzo is one of the protagonists of Grano - Fornai in Fermento Its philosophy is simple and ambitious: to churn out light ideas, capable of combining authenticity and innovation. His hand can be recognised in the loaves (he got 3 loaves in the guide of the Gambero Rosso)pizzas and desserts, but especially in the panettonewith which he won numerous prizes and awards. Always "in turmoil"Sergio pursues a craftsmanship that values raw materials, natural leavening times and the desire to share: because bread - and leavened goods in all their forms - are first and foremost conviviality, culture and passion.

Jacopo Pistone

Cibrario, Turin

Cibrario - Forno Contemporaneo is the project of Jacopo Pistone, class of 1987, a young baker who set up his own business in 2019 after gaining experience in both the kitchen and the dining room. Located on the street of the same name in Turin, Cibrario won this year's two loaves of Gambero Rosso and has rapidly become a point of reference for lovers of quality bakery, thanks to the passion of a team of professionals who work with Jacopo to build a constantly evolving offer each day, ranging from artisanal bread to pastries, via viennoiserie and pizza in a pan.

Bosio Caratsch since 1845

Bosio Caratsch, founded in Turin in 1845, is the oldest brewery in Italy and for decades was an absolute landmark, becoming the best-selling beer nationwide at the beginning of the 20th century.
After more than 50 years of silence, in 2022 the brand came back to life thanks to the Soralamà craft brewery of Vaie, and today Bosio Caratsch beers continue to tell the story of Turin and Piedmont. With the purest water from the Susa Valley and more than twenty-five years of experience, Soralamà has been able to bring back a true legend, combining tradition and innovation.
