Our pizza-chef Davide Di Bilio participated in the first edition of PizzaConvention, on 11 and 12 June at the Officine Farneto in Rome.
During the convention, the 'father of contemporary pizza' award was presented to four undisputed masters: Simone Padoan, Renato Bosco, Franco Pepe and Gabriele Bonci. This event was an important opportunity to meet and discuss with colleaguesexploring the new perspectives and trends that will guide our trade in the coming years. Seminars, talks and in-depth discussions offered valuable insights into the future of pizza.
