Giuseppe Iannotti

Giuseppe Iannotti, born in 1982, he pursued an academic career in computer engineering after high school. However, his passion for cooking led him to change direction in 2007, when he opened his first restaurant, 'Krèsios', in Castelvenere. In 2012, he was awarded as best young chef by Le Guide de L'Espresso. In 2013, he was awarded his first Michelin star. In 2017, he received the Innovation in Cooking Award from Le Guide de L'Espresso. In 2021, Krèsios obtained the second Michelin star. Moreover, since 2022, Iannotti has expanded its presence in the gastronomy sector with the opening of new spaces in Naples with Intesa San Paolo, including Luminist bistrot, Anthill cocktail bar and 177toledo fine dining.

Paolo Montanaro is CEO and creative soul of Tartuflangsthe company founded in 1975 by their parents, specialising in the selection of White Truffle of Alba. Following his parents' example, he revolutionised the world of truffle processing, experimenting with new preservation techniques with products such as the famous "Truffle Perlage". A restless and curious soul, an incubator of projects and new products, a creator of synergies ranging from thestarred haute cuisineprojects with theEuropean Space Agencyto collaborations with European and US universities. As of 2015, with thePedemontis farm, takes care of the forest preservation of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato with projects to protect the truffles Piedmontese.

Soul and core of the Pedemontis farm, and profound connoisseur of the Roero and his vineyards, his family has been working the estate vineyards located in the Roero for generations. Stubborn, straightforward and down-to-earth, Nico tends his vineyards and its woods through meticulous work that respects nature and the land, looking forward to harvesting the fruits of his labour each year: fragrant truffles and splendid bunches ofgrapes!

The pianist Maria Korobova was born in Kazakhstan in 1994. At the age of 6, she began studying piano with Kodzuhova Zauresch. She graduated in piano at theKazakhstan National University of the Arts with Helena Holopajnen and continued her studies in the Conservatory of Perugiastudying with Patrizia Romano. At the age of 10 he was a soloist with the Karaganda Symphony Orchestra, under the guidance of master Piotr Gribanov. Winner of several international piano competitions in Kazakhstan and France, she is currently concert pianist and piano teacher.
