The 'Piemonte a Tavola 2024' Guide.
Telling the food and wine excellence of Piedmont. This is the objective of 'Piemonte a Tavola 2024' (in its first year of edition), which aims to (re)discover, province by province, all that is good in Piedmont. A region that has been able to enhance its extraordinary products, its unparalleled wines, its 'hidden' treasures. A region whose culinary customs are rooted in the splendours of the Savoy nobility, and whose restaurants today are as much standard-bearers of a centuries-old tradition as they are modern forerunners of a 'new' way of understanding cuisine.
Published by Post Editori, the Guide is edited by Gianluca Montinaro, historian of ideas and university professor is the author of numerous essays and monographs.
