The only daughter of a farming family, she initially worked as an advertising graphic designer, but in 1989 - when her father intended to uproot the family vineyards - Anna Maria and her husband Franco decided to leave their respective jobs, to work the land and produce quality wines. Their vineyards are located on the border between Farigliano and Dogliani, where the high altitudes make it possible to produce wines of marked freshness and taste tension, including Dolcetto, the true symbol of the area: Anna Maria Abbona is a great interpreter of this.

Chef of great flair and talent, Stefano Paganini he took his first steps in one of the first starred restaurants (La Contea di Neive), then went on to work alongside Chef Davide Palluda and took off to manage the kitchen of the Villa Tiboldi restaurant. In 2010, Restaurant Stefano Paganini opened its doors in the sumptuous castle of Magliano Alfieri.

Pizza chef and certified bakery chef, Davide has always attached great importance to his education. He attended theUniversity of Pizzawhere he had the privilege of having as teachers Simone Padoan and Renato Bosco, two great masters of contemporary world pizza. In 2023 he was awarded the 'Tre Spicchi' in the Gambero Rosso Guide to Italian Pizzerias.

Jazz Accordion
Valerio Chiovarelli - Chierese doc - besides being a great accordionist is also a graduate in bass tuba at the Conservatory of Turin. Over the years, he has participated in numerous festivals in Italy and abroad, and has played with musicians from the national scene - including Paolo Conte - and international. He is one of the 'Musicanti di Riva presso Chieri' and collaborates with scholars of Ethnomusicology. As an accordionist, he invented and patented a harmonic system called "Chiovarelli Jazz System".
