On Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 September 2023 we brought our Gourmet Pizzas to the paddock Mercedes at the racetrack of Monza.
Among others, the 'Argentina' pizza, on a 'Corn & Spelt' dough base, was very successful. For the topping: Black Angus carpaccio cooked at low temperature, roast potato cream, chimichurri sauce and black salt.
