Show Cooking by Davide Di Bilio for the 2023 edition of 'Di Freisa in Freisa', in collaboration with the Consorzio del Freisa di Chieri e Collina Torinese.
In homage to Argentina, we presented a gourmet focaccia with Black Angus carpaccio cooked at low temperature, cream of roast potatoes, chimichurri sauce and black salt, paired with two wines from the Balbiano Cellarsa sparkling Freisa di Chieri 2022 and a Freisa di Chieri Superiore 2021.
Tasting led by Fabrizio Gallino (Slow Wine) and producer Luca Balbiano, moderator Danilo Poggio (journalist).
