Opening with a aperitif with gourmet focaccia by our pizza chef Davide Di Bilio and topping by Fabio Poppa e Davide Sproviero.
Followed by dinner at the 'Le Scuderie del Castello' restaurant in the Royal Castle of Govone, where chefs Fabio Poppa and Davide Sproviero proposed a themed menu, paired with Consorzio Roero wines.
