Opening with a aperitif with gourmet focaccia by our pizza chef Davide Di Bilio and topping by Stefano Paganini.
Followed by dinner at the 'Alla Corte degli Alfieri' restaurant in the Magliano Alfieri Castle, where theo chef Stefano Paganini proposed a themed menu paired with Consorzio Roero wines.
