We present the brochure we produced in collaboration with Tartuflanghe for the International Pizza Expo 2021 in Las Vegas.
The challenge - launched by my friend Paolo Montanaro of Tartuflanghe - was to use some innovative products in the production of our 'gourmet' focaccias. Tartuflanghe is a company of excellence in our area, always at the forefront in the search for new ways to use the truffle and other gourmet products. We gladly accepted the challenge, making a dozen 'gourmet' focaccias with some innovative products, such as the truffle perlage® and the pesto perlage®, the natural colouring powders and the dehydrated NOH2O® truffles.
