"Gustose Narrazioni" is a review of literary dinners combining food and wine, literature, music and theatre.
Gluttonous, nay, greedy. Jules Verne could not control himself when faced with the delights of the table, nor when faced with the hunger for scientific knowledge. The adventures of his characters allow us to trace an atlas of the flavours of the world: because travel is knowledge, even of taste.

The evening opened with a non-academic talk between Enrico di Palma and Irene Cabiati (author of the book 'Around the World in 80 Recipes'), with a reading by actress Michela Fattorin (Teatro di TELA).
Followed by a journey around the world in 8 tastings by the chef Michelangelo Mammoliti (2 Michelin stars), including the garniture of some gourmet focaccias in collaboration with our pizza chef Davide Di Bilio. Wine tasting by the Consorzio Roero.
