literary dinner on Homer

"Gustose Narrazioni" is a review of literary dinners combining food and wine, literature, music and theatre.

Like every masterpiece, the Odyssey too has had many interpretations: we propose to analyse this mythical journey through food, to get to know - together with Ulysses - many Mediterranean peoples and lands.

We offer some shots of the literary dinner on Homer's Odyssey, held on 16 September 2020 at the Castle of Costigliole d'Asti.

The dinner was prepared by lecturers from ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners):

The evening opened with a talk by Anna Rita Zara (author of the book 'The Kitchen of the Odyssey'), followed by a reading by the 'Teatro di Tela' company and live music by Luca Panicciari (cello).
