"Gustose Narrazioni" is a review of literary dinners combining food and wine, literature, music and theatre.
The dishes imagined by Emilio Salgari are an encounter between exotic ingredients and traditional cuisine. Starting with episodes from the books in the Pirates of Malaya cycle, we talk about the encounter between late 19th century Italian cuisine and the ingredients that are arriving with new citizens from all over the world.
