Again this year, our pizza-chef Davide Di Bilio participated in #PizzaUp, the national symposium on contemporary Italian pizza, this year in its 14th edition.
#PizzaUp is an avant-garde stage that brings together contemporary pizza makers from all over Italy and pits them against each other. This year's theme was Empathy.
