The collaboration between Fuori Tempo and Antonio Bonanno was born from the illustrated book 'L'Orologio', which we leafed through by chance at the Turin Book Fair - whose ink illustrations aroused our admiration and curiosity.
We immediately contacted Antonio, asking him to work with us on illustrations for the interior of the Fuori Tempo, because we felt that its style - refined and with a somewhat 19th century flavour - was very appropriate for our premises.
We immediately got on very well with him, because - besides being an outstanding artist - he collaborated with us with great generosity, fun and professionalism.
Using printing techniques on plexiglass and metal, we brought his ink drawings to the walls and counters of our pizzeria to give it a dreamy and somewhat surreal atmosphere.
Friday 30 November 2018 we hosted artist and illustrator Antonio Bonanno for the presentation of his book, here are some shots of the evening.
