These days our pizza-chef Davide Di Bilio is participating in the 13th edition of #PizzaUp, the national symposium on contemporary Italian pizza, this year in its 13th edition.
#PizzaUp is an avant-garde stage that brings together contemporary pizza makers from all over Italy and pits them against each other. This year the focus is on the relationship between peasant culture, spontaneous fermentations and gastronomic diversity.
